  • Website plans and the Growth System have a 12-month minimum. The Review System has a 6-month minimum. After that, your plan continues month to month at the same rate.

  • Yes. It's a one-time charge for each page beyond your plan's limit, and that page is covered by your plan from then on.

  • Monthly plans are billed automatically each month. I set it up once and you don't have to think about it again.

  • Yes. Core is $3,800 and Expanded is $5,000, paid up front, and the site is yours. Hosting ($20/mo) and unlimited edits ($50/mo) are optional after launch.

  • Monthly is how most clients work with me: $0 down and one flat fee that covers hosting, edits and updates, and I take care of the site for you. If you'd rather own the site outright, I can also build it for a one-time price, and hosting and edits become optional. Either way you get the same hand-coded site.

  • Everything that's yours goes with you: your domain, logo, photos and business content. On a monthly plan, the site itself is mine while you're a client, so it comes down when you leave. If you paid in full for your site, it's already yours and nothing changes.

  • Yes. Your domain belongs to you, always.

  • Yes. Hosting is $20/mo and unlimited edits are $50/mo. Add either at any time.

  • You're always welcome back. Get in touch and I'll look at what's changed since you left. If it's been a short while, picking up where we left off usually works. If it's been longer, a fresh build may make more sense, and I'll tell you which honestly.

  • On a monthly plan, Rock Harbor manages and maintains the website for you while your plan is active. Your domain, logo, photos, and business content are always yours. If you'd prefer to own the website itself, pay-in-full options are available.

  • Your website forms send new leads directly into your CRM so nothing gets lost in email. One standard integration with a supported CRM is included with the Growth System. Custom integrations or software work are priced separately.

  • Very little. Once it's set up, review requests go out automatically after each job. I keep an eye on it and step in if something needs attention.

  • Growth System requests go to the front of my queue for edits and support.

  • An Expanded Website is $275 a month, the Review System is $99 a month, and 10 additional pages are $1,000. Bought separately, that comes to $5,488 in the first year. The Growth System is $349 a month, or $4,188 for the first year. That's $1,300 less.

  • Most sites are live in about two weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly I get your photos and business details, and I'll give you a short list of exactly what I need on day one.

  • No. Every site is hand-coded, which is why it loads fast and stays fast. There are no plugins to update and nothing that quietly breaks between visits. Any updates the site needs, I handle myself.

  • Standard content pages: services, locations, about, gallery, FAQ, contact. Additional standard pages are $100 each, one time. Legal and thank-you pages don't count toward your limit.

  • Text, photos, hours, prices, adding a team member, swapping a testimonial: send it over and I'll take care of it. New pages are separate.

  • Email, text or call me, whichever is easiest for you. I'll confirm I got it and let you know when it's live.

  • Yes. Technical and on-page SEO are included in every website plan: clean page structure, proper titles and descriptions, fast load times, and pages written around the services your customers search for. The Growth System adds Google Analytics and Search Console setup, so you can see how people are finding you.

  • Not right now. I focus on sites for contractors and service businesses, where the goal is calls and estimate requests rather than a checkout cart.
