These terms cover two things: the text messaging program operated by Rock Harbor Digital, LLC (“Rock Harbor Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the general terms under which you may use rockharbordigital.com and the services we provide. The messaging program comes first.

1. Program Description

Text messages under this program are sent by Rock Harbor Digital, a web design and local search business based in Latrobe, PA. We are the sender and the only sender. We do not message on behalf of any other company, and we do not lend our number to anyone.

Messages under this program are transactional and customer care messages, tied to something you started: an inquiry you submitted or work we are doing for you. In practice that means answers to your questions, scheduling and appointment coordination, updates while a project is running, and follow-up afterward. This is a conversational program. There are no marketing blasts, no promotional campaigns, and no list you are added to.

You join by checking the consent box on the contact form at rockharbordigital.com/contact/ before you submit it. That is the only opt-in method we operate. There is no chat widget, no keyword to text in, and no way for anyone else to enroll your number. The box is unchecked when the page loads, and checking it is your affirmative agreement to receive text messages from us at the number you entered on the form.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. The form submits with the box unchecked, and you can hire us for anything we offer without ever agreeing to a text message. Leave it unchecked and we will reply by email or phone.

2. Cancellation Instructions

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further texts from us. You can also cancel by emailing josh@rockharbordigital.com or calling 724-686-4750.

If you change your mind later, submit the contact form again with the consent box checked. That is a fresh opt-in and the only way to rejoin.

4. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your plan, and your device, and neither we nor your carrier can guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rock Harbor Digital does not charge you anything to send or receive these messages, but your mobile carrier may bill you for them under the terms of your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan covers.

Message frequency varies. We text in response to what you send us and as a project requires, so the number of messages depends on the conversation rather than a set schedule.

6. Supported Carriers

The program is supported on the major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and US Cellular, as well as the smaller carriers and prepaid brands that operate on their networks. Carrier support can change without notice, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages on any of these networks.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from us. By checking the consent box you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the mobile number you entered belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent for it.

8. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text message originator opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy sets out in full how that information and everything else you share with us is handled.

9. Use of This Website

Rockharbordigital.com is owned and operated by Rock Harbor Digital, LLC, based in Latrobe, PA. By browsing the site or engaging our services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The site is here to describe what we do and to let you get in touch. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to gain access you have not been given, no interfering with how it runs, no automated scraping or bulk collection, and no submitting false information or someone else's contact details through our forms.

10. Services, Quotes, and Scheduling

Rock Harbor Digital provides website design and development, review generation, and Google Business Profile setup and optimization for small businesses, primarily in Western Pennsylvania. Pricing, timelines, and scope for a given project are agreed separately with each customer in a quote or contract, and that document governs the work if it says anything different from this page.

Quotes given through the website, by phone, or in person are estimates. They can be revised as the scope of a project becomes clear. Scheduling depends on availability.

11. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, including the text, layout, graphics, code, and the Rock Harbor Digital name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it without our written permission. Work we produce for a client is governed by that client's agreement with us, which sets out what transfers on final payment and what we retain.

12. Disclaimers and Indemnity

The website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and nothing on it is a guarantee of any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business result. Search engines and directory platforms are outside our control.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rock Harbor Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Our liability for services we perform is governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you supply to us that infringes someone else's rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to this website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these terms or are misusing the site. Either party may end a service engagement in the manner set out in the relevant agreement. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and indemnity, remain in effect afterward.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and you agree to that venue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The current version is always on this page with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the website or our services after a revision is posted means you accept the updated terms.
